Why does wizards hate blue?

Ok Worldwake is not fully spoiled, but we are half way there and the blue cards I see so far are bellow average...

No solid creatures, no solid counters , no solid card draw, I have to ask... why?

Yes, Jace is a solid planeswalker, but he alone won't do.

The other colors get really good cards, cards that will make blue's life even harder but blue seems like it is being punished for Cryptic Command.

Look at how much wizards is pushing Vampires, while I'd love to see mono black rising again, the fact that vamps get all the love makes me angry. What about merfolks? Why are they even there?
And while blue has no solid counter red gets a solid counterspell!! Have you seen Ricochet Trap?
